GREEK PEAK ski resort
Only about 12 minutes away, this ski resort also has an indoor water park, so you can have fun literally year round! There are also restaurants in the lodge, a lake and a park/trail if you want to wander and admire the scenery.
Cherry Knoll Farm Winery
Right over the hill. Currently Cherry Knoll Farm produces only blueberries. These blueberries are used for making blueberry juice, 6 blueberry wines and blueberry wine vinegar. There is a U-pick blueberry field when in season.
TIOUGHNIOGA River
There is a public access site/boat launch just minutes away from the A-frame. Great for fishing, kayaking or canoeing.

The Exchange
The exchange is a new restaurant in downtown Homer, offering a non traditional American menu including bison burgers and firecracker scallops, plus patio dining. There’s also a bakery attached to the rear (but separate) serving pastries, breakfast, and scrumptious treats.
